Our tree house, named "The Nest", sits above the lake with an expansive view. Built in 2008 by Pete Nelson of Tree House Masters, it is a solid and simple yet elegant dwelling roughly 12'x12' with an outdoor deck. This enchanting alcove is ideal for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat. In the heart of Woodinville wine country restaurants, shops, parks and wineries abound. Seattle and the airport are easily accessible. If you desire a special northwest experience, under the treetops, above the water, you need seek no further.
Rooms & Rates
We are the proud owners of “The Nest” and are so pleased to welcome you to this special place, which has been our home since 1978. The moment we walked onto the property and saw the lake we knew this was our place to BE. Over the years in sharing it with others, everyone seems to agree with what we feel…it is a little bit of “heaven on earth”. We’ve held many special occasions here, such as birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and memorials. Our grandson named it “The Adventure House”!
We've often thought we’d like a B and B here too. After “The Nest” was built we knew we finally had a wonderful space to share with others. If you are ready for a bit of “Adventure”, a unique experience in a lovely spot, please come see us.
The Lakeside Bedroom
Due to the popularity of The Nest we have created an additional space for guests downstairs in our home. The Lakeside Bedroom, which also offers a view of the lake, is carpeted and heated with a queen-sized bed. Like The Nest, a Keurig coffee maker and a music player are in the room. All of the outdoor and indoor amenities that come with The Nest are included with the bedroom. It is closer to the hot tub and the full bathroom that is reserved exclusively for guests. This is an ideal option for those who still wish to stay by the water if the tree house is unavailble or they prefer a more conventional bedroom.
